Makeba Waller, CEO
LEAD SONOGRAPHER
Makeba is the CEO of Ultraview Imaging & Ultrasound Imaging Concepts which is a certified (M/WBE) minority, female, and veteran-owned ultrasound company specializing in ALL things related to ultrasound imaging. She is also the creator and founder of Bosses in Scrubs Academy. She helps women sonographers that are undervalued, and under compensated create a thriving 3 tier ultrasound imaging company.
Makeba started her career in the United States Navy as a hospital corpsman at the Naval Hospital in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina more than 27 years ago. After serving in the Navy, she advanced her knowledge in the field of sonography and became a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), and became a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Makeba is passionate about helping other women level up to become their on B.O.S.S. (Brilliant, Optimistic, Smart & Savvy). She’s a wife of 33 years and is the proud mother of 3 adult sons and 2 amazing grandchildren.
Bernard Waller, COO
Bernard is the COO of Ultraview Imaging and Ultrasound Imaging Concepts. He is also the CEO and founder of Value Based Leadership Training. This former Marine is a powerful motivational & inspirational speaker and works in law enforcement. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science Management (BSM) and an Associates Art degree (AA). He is passionate about the family and is committed to rebuilding families in urban and suburban communities, both at the local level as well as at the national level. The focus is defining manhood, rebuilding families and communities. He is a husband of 33 years and father of 3 adult sons and 2 adorable grandchildren. Bernard truly believes that the family is the foundation of any strong community.

We perform ALL exams in accordance with the standards of (ARDMS) American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers and the (AIUM) American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine.
