Makeba Waller
CEO & Lead Sonographer
Makeba Waller, CEO of Ultrasound Imaging Concepts operating as Ultrasound Imaging, is a proud veteran and ultrasound technologist with 31+ years of experience with registries in Abdomen (RDMS), OB/GYN (RDMS) and Vascular (RVT), and nursing (LPN). A former U. S. Navy hospital corpsman, she founded Bosses in Scrubs Academy to mentor women in ultrasound and promote expertise and integrity.

Bernard Waller
COO
Bernard Waller, is COO of Ultrasound Imaging Concepts, is a Marine Corps veteran and law enforcement leader with a passion for mentorship and community building. As founder of Value-Based Leadership Training, he focuses on team building, personal growth & development, emotional intelligence, decision-making and communication. With degrees in Science Management and Arts, he ensures excellence and integrity in ultrasound imaging.
Operations & Leadership Expert
Phyllis Catalon
RDCS (ECHO) RDMS (AB), RVT
With 28 years of experience, including 15 as an Operations Manager, Phyllis specializes in echocardiograms and vascular sonography. She holds a B.S. in Radiology-Ultrasound from the University of Oklahoma and serves patients across DFW.

With 23 years of experience, Crystal specializes in breast, OB/GYN, and vascular sonography. Passionate about patient care, she finds fulfillment in providing accurate, impactful imaging that makes a difference.
